My journey started with reading a lot, a whole lot, of books about nutrition, exercise, and breathing. Then I added a webinar or workshop from time to time. With this knowledge and my own experience, I helped other women in my environment. Until I noticed that it was making an impact. That it wasn’t just something random, but that the right mix of nutrition, exercise, and breathing really worked. That was my sign to professionally develop my mission: "Every woman deserves to be the best version of herself, from her own strength."
I have completed the Trainer Hormone Factor course by Ralph Moorman as well as the Nutrition & Menopause course. Both I have successfully completed. After that, I finished a one-year training as an orthomolecular therapist, and I am currently delving into Ayurveda. Ayurveda is a beautiful addition to the knowledge I have gained over the past years.
I now gladly share my knowledge and skills with women to help them navigate menopause in a ‘gentle’ way. Regardless of which phase you're in (whether experiencing many symptoms, mild symptoms, or no symptoms at all but wanting to work preventively), I can help. Proper nutrition, exercising in the right way, supplements, and stress reduction will help keep your hormone balance as stable as possible.
I am still working daily to maintain balance, by spending a lot of time outdoors (kitesurfing, walking, and snowboarding), cooking extensively, and especially enjoying the moments that cross my path.
Nothing works as well for balance as collecting daily moments of happiness.
